I have been working in multinational companies before and required me to speak and write well in english in dealing with expatriates bosses. In addition to that I was in international school for 5 years when my father was posted as diplomat in Tokyo, Japan. The approach in the elementary school was more to bonding relationship between Teacher and student and also fun going. That's what I am going to do with my students.
