About Melody
Hi, I'm Melody! I have an English degree and 4 years of experience tutoring college students in essay writing. I can help with any type of writing and any level of English fluency. No matter what grade level or setting you are writing in, we will identify your strengths and weaknesses and come up with the right help for you to thrive in that setting.
I know many people are intimidated by tutoring, and that's okay. I want you to feel as welcome to learn and grow as possible.

My lessons are catered to the individual, centered around language arts skills. I read your work and notes areas that could be improved, focusing on more on the effectiveness of the content rather than how perfect your grammar is. I'll give you notes so you can identify and learn from your mistakes, and with absolutely no judgment.
My specialty is creative writing, but but I also know my way around an argumentative essay, a research paper, or even an application essay for a scholarship or a college program. Whatever you need help with, we can tackle it together and build up your English language communication skills! Students of all English Proficiency levels are welcome.
