My Approach as a Tutor
As a fifth-year Mechanical Engineering student, I combine a strong technical background with a practical, problem-solving mindset to help students truly understand math and physics. My approach focuses on breaking complex concepts into intuitive, real-world examples—showing why formulas work, not just how to use them. I aim to build confidence through repetition, and connection to everyday applications.
Teaching Methodology and Techniques
I use a step-by-step, student-centered method:
Concept First: Begin by identifying what the student already understands and addressing misconceptions.
Visual and Applied Learning: Use sketches, free-body diagrams, and simple analogies to make abstract topics tangible.
Guided Practice: Work through examples together, encouraging students to verbalize their thought process.
