About Karolina

I am in the final year of my PhD in chemistry, my work is in organic and inorganic synthesis. I have experience teaching all levels from 1st year science to 4th year thesis project supervision. I'm hands on and attentive with my students, encouraging confidence and independent thought in their own time. I'm also a native speaker of Spanish, and love to teach others about my language and help them practice.

About the lesson

My approach is student focused, serious and based on understanding rather than rote learning. I want my students to grasp the concept behind the exercise and think for themselves rather than just be given the answers to memorise and reproduce.
