About Sakshi
I am a fourth year medical student with a B.S. in Neuroscience, an M.S. in Biomedical Science, with over a decade of experience in tutoring. I have worked with established companies, my university, and as an independent tutor. I have worked with children as young as 4, to college students in a variety of subjects, from reading, algebra, college level genetics, and more. I have adapted my methods to fit personal learning styles, and have experience working with students with ADHD, dyslexia, homeschoolers.

Each session is structured but flexible based on the student’s needs. A typical lesson includes:
Review of Previous Material – A quick recap of the last session to reinforce learning and identify any lingering questions.
Concept Introduction – Breakdown of new topics in a clear and structured way, with examples tailored to the student’s coursework.
Guided Practice – Working through problems together while focusing on strategies for approaching similar questions independently.
Independent Application: Allowing the student to show what they have learned
