About Emaan
I’m a fourth-year medical student at the University of Leeds with over four years of tutoring experience. I specialise in GCSE and A-Level Biology and Chemistry, and I’m passionate about supporting students as they grow in confidence and ability. One of my proudest moments was helping a Year 12 student improve from a D to As in both subjects by the end of Year 13. I love being part of a student’s journey—watching them gain clarity, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. Having been through the medicine application process myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be, and I aim to make complex topics feel manageable and rewarding. For me, there’s nothing better than seeing that moment when something “clicks” for a student.

I incorporate interactive elements such as questions, quizzes, and exam-style practice to reinforce learning, improve understanding, and develop strong exam techniques. Each lesson is 1 hour.
