About David
The mission of 4-R.E.A.L Skills is to provide basketball players of all ability levels with SERIOUS skill development, to consistently reinforce fundamental concepts with proven training methods, and to emphasize the connection between intense preparation and performance enhancement.
David is a 20 year professional coach and has experience working with athletes from youth to professional levels.

My process for working with a new student is straightforward beginning with written assessment (skill & biometric), then based on initial assessment I develop an individualized plan for development. After the completion of a development cycle we will re-assess. Students can expect a 60-90 minute workout. We offer functional strength training, ball handling (beginning/intermediate/advanced), shooting instruction (beginner/intermediate/advanced), position specific instruction (guard/wing/post), and try-out preparation.
