About
Hi I am SaSa, your music teacher! As a lecturer and classroom teacher I love finding ways to engage diverse groups of students, using appealing audio-visual resources and live performance experiences. When teaching in higher education, I am self-driven to guide students to achieve their highest academic potential by helping them find their uniqueness. When teaching one-on-one lessons in voice, lutes, guitars and keyboards, I am passionate about tailoring the class to fit the different sensory styles of learning, and to make the students thrive and succeed in their personal and academic goals. I believe that with patience and fun educational exercises, learning music is possible for anyone no matter their age, background or experience. Some of the specialized teaching I do guides students to be able to sing their favorite songs while accompanying themselves, as well as following a curriculum designed by me or the institutions I have served. Over the past 30 years, my style has evolved and molded to various outlets, languages and cultures, using a strong emphasis in parent/student co-teaching and learning, social outreach and technology.
