Hi, I'm Rishi. I'm a third year student at the LSE and love studying economics as well as teaching it. I've taught students in years 12 and 13 for the past two and a half years, helping them to attain the grades they needed to get into the university of their choice.

I have been passionate about economics since year 11, when I decided to self-teach myself GCSE economics. Then, at A Level, I achieved an A* and was the only student from my year to be accepted into the LSE. I have been tutoring from my first year of university, meaning that I have been revising A-Level content for almost 5 years now. Tutoring allows me to share my passion for Economics with others, hopefully inspiring them to study the subject further. I believe that tutoring works best when the student is in the driving seat. That means that students won't be spending half of the lesson doing practice questions that they could do on their own. Rather, my lessons will be an interactive back and forth where the aim is not to merely study for an exam, but also to foster a deep curiosity that motivates genuine engagement with the subject.
