About Kavian
I enjoy helping students feel more confident in their ability and more comfortable with exam-style questions.
I want to teach because I know how stressful GCSEs can be and how frustrating it can feel when topics don’t quite click. I enjoy breaking things down into clear steps, explaining the reasoning behind answers, and helping students build the confidence they need to perform well in exams.

I encourage students to develop strong exam technique, with a particular focus on time management, accurate use of subject-specific terminology, and a deep understanding of underlying theory. My lessons typically last one hour and are structured to build confidence and maximise exam performance.
I teach GCSE Maths and Computer Science. I achieved Grade 9 in both subjects at GCSE and have four months of experience tutoring GCSE students. Drawing on both my academic background and tutoring experience, I understand exam board expectations and common student pitfalls, allowing me to deliver clear, focused, and exam-driven lessons.
