About Ishbel
I am an outgoing and bubbly 21-year-old with the biggest passion for music. I started my own journey with piano and singing when I was 4 and have continued ever since.
I am involved with orchestras, choirs and pipe bands all over NZ and have competed locally and globally. As I am studying towards my Classical voice degree this is something I would love to pursue as a career as well as teaching others.

I believe in learning by doing and will give my students things to practise as well as new things to learn in each lesson. I am also aware music is a creative skill and different people will express this differently.
I am flexible and able to cater for the needs of each individual student depending on their preferences, abilities and frame of mind.
Lessons will be a standard 30 mins but happy to extend this to an hour if requested.
Any age is absolutely fine but I work best with beginners or students at a ‘just starting out’ level.
