I am an engineering student that has been tutoring for the last 3 years with over 90% of my students improving by 2 letter grades. (e.g. C to A)
I will be starting my final year of my chemical engineering degree at the University of Leeds in September having achieved a 1st class honours in my first two years.

My teaching method revolves around finding the areas students struggle with the most and improving these.
I will go back to the basics of the theory and build and strong foundation that will allow the student to understand the subject as a whole rather than in disjointed parts.
I find by doing this and building a deeper understanding of the surrounding theory, the student can improve far more than teaching individual problem areas separately.
