About Stephanie
I have been teaching 3rd grade for 6 years, I was a long-term substitute for 2nd grade for nine weeks prior to teaching 3rd grade. Every year I have class sizes between 18-24 students. I have taught SOL Math and Reading Remediation for 4 years. It is important first and foremost to build a relationship with my students and instill a growth mindset that allows them to know that I care about them and their learning, most importantly I believe in them and I will be patient with them and hang in there until they get it!
