About Gemma
I am passionate about learning and enabling others to develop their skills to learn, despite obstacles they may face. I enjoy adapting materials and content and feel this is a skill which enables me to facilitate learning so well.
I wish to further my studies and become a scientific writer. I truly believe everyone is capable of lifelong learning, and that begins with gaining confidence and tailoring learning techniques to the individual. Something I hope to help students to achieve.

I offer the first session free, during which we can discuss preferred learning styles and subject knowledge you wish to cover and those topics you feel comfortable with. As well as, any challenges that you may have faced, which we can work together to find appropriate learning solutions to overcome. I will offer pre and post session learning material for all age groups and sessions will vary in length dependant on the students requirements.
I have supported learning in a variety of settings and my previous FdSc WIldlife Education and Media qualifications have helped to hone my scientific communication skills. Whilst my current Biomedical degree is giving me a much more detailed understanding of Biology.
