About Evelyn
Hi, I'm a 2nd year Biomedical Engineering student at KCL with a genuine passion for chemistry and science. Having achieved an A in A-level Chemistry in 2025, I know how demanding the course can be and the revision strategies that make the biggest difference. Although I'm new to professional tutoring, I've spent plenty of time helping peers and younger siblings with Chemistry, and I enjoy seeing others gain confidence in subjects they once found difficult. My goal is to create a friendly, encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and are motivated to achieve their best!

My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, whether they are aiming to improve their understanding of a topic or prepare for exams. I like to explain concepts clearly using PowerPoint presentations and diagrams before working through examples together. We can then focus on exam-style/Past-paper questions to develop confidence and improve exam technique. Lessons are interactive, encouraging students to ask questions throughout and are suitable for anyone studying A level Chemistry, preferably on the OCR A specification. Sessions are typically 60-120 minutes, depending on the student's preference and goals.
