About Lina
I want to pass on my knowledge because I have experienced first-hand how important it is to be there for yourself and others. Through my nursing career and my studies, I have learned how important mindfulness and balance are in life. Yoga has given me a lot of balance and peace personally, and I firmly believe that I should share these experiences. I enjoy working with people, and I see it as my passion to help others get to know their bodies in peace and serenity. Ultimately, I want to help them achieve a higher level of well-being and self-confidence.
