About Rothos
We have been working in a family run catering business for 40 years and I am a son sharing his mother's and many previous generations authentic take on original Cypriot and Greek food, incorporating a unique style. We have olive trees dating back over 800 years on our proud land past down the generations. We also have our own halloumi dairy in our local village in the family. We will be sharing our hundreds of years secrets and knowledge for all of our enjoyment!!! Let's enjoy and participating students will be sent food and recipes from our family history.

Experienced master" Cypriot, Greek " food chef. of 60+ years, experience specializing all aspects of the preparation, tecnicality, source and history of the cuisine. Age old master recipes which I will share for the first time in over 200 years. We own land in Cyprus dating back hundreds of years in the family rich in the cultivation of olives. We have home grown olives on some trees 800 years old, just amazing. I will be sending some to students who are interested. Past down from family generations, authentic original cooking at its best. Uniquely independent custome made teaching with a variation on traditional Greek cooking. All ages welcome. Lessons are customized and catered to the needs/goals of each student. Not only will you be cooking Greek food in no time, but you will be building a strong foundation of Greek culture which you can personalise. You will also get copies of all the recipes. The lessons will be taught in a bubbly, fun, passionate manner with focus on enjoyment and final product reward. Let's get started!
