About Suedaba
I am a 1st year Medical student at Brighton and Sussex University. From a young age my interest in biology is actually what drew me towards medicine- learning about physiological processes that can become abnormal and how to treat them. I have a passion for biology and really wanted to do well so I discovered revision strategies that worked for me, attended after school sessions and created an abundance of resources. I was able to achieve an A in A-level biology OCR A. So if you want someone who has been through what you have and managed to get out at the other side successfully- please contact me!

First and foremost, I like to ask students what topic in biology they struggle with or skills they would like to work on. If they are unsure of this, we typically start off sessions with a quiz to assess areas they are less confident in, such as oxidative phosphorylation. It is up to the student as to what revision technique they would like me to use in the session, however, I do encourage as many strategies as possible, such as blurting. I spend time giving mark-scheme specific explanations the examiner wants to hear, facilitated with diagrams and the OCR A specification. Within the lesson, there are several opportunities to practise their exam skills techniques, where I give step by step instructions on evaluate questions that will guarantee marks.
