About Kalpana
Class is usually 1 hr session with 5 mins break in between. Preferably 3 times a week is recommended. But can be adjusted as per student schedules. The classroom approach is interactive, more storytelling. If group classes, a bit of debate. It really depends on what your primary objectives are.
