About Caileen
In high school, I took multiple Honor-level classes and even Advanced Placement (AP) classes. In college, I was regularly on the Dean’s List and joined Honor Societies for both my majors. My grades have always been excellent due to my work ethic and dedication to getting the job done. I am now an office worker who regularly has to give presentations on various topics, write/read emails about different topics, & interact with a diverse group of clientele.

Every session starts with a discussion about what goals you have for both that particular session and in the long run. Maybe the long-term goal is to get an A in your English class, but the session goal is to figure out how to read that Shakespearean soliloquy. Or maybe the long-term goal is to get into a Master’s Program and the session’s goal is to help you write your Admissions Essay. The long-term goal could even be that you want to get your novel published, but the session’s goal is to outline the general plot or edit the chapter you just finished. Please note, I am not here to do another person’s homework. I will not create that presentation that someone desperately needs to submit to their boss. My long-term goal is to ensure that whoever I tutor walks away from our sessions with stronger skills and/or more confidence in those skills. The hope is that every student will eventually no longer need me, as they have successfully cultivated the skills they need to succeed. This will take time, but I am excited to help and be a part of your growth!
