About Isabella
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and began tutoring in 2016. Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with school students, college learners, and adults alike, focusing on clear, impactful instruction that meets diverse academic and personal goals. My passion for English comes from both study and real-world application. Throughout my teaching journey, I’ve helped students prepare for standardized exams, write polished essays, and improve everyday English communication. My approach is structured yet flexible—I adapt lessons based on each learner’s pace, personality, and challenges. My aim is to unlock every student’s voice and clarity in English. English lessons are thoughtfully tailored to each student’s goals and proficiency level. In the early stages, we focus on foundational grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary building. I incorporate engaging reading passages and practical writing prompts to strengthen language awareness while building confidence with everyday communication and academic tasks.
As students grow, lessons explore more complex grammar rules, paragraph development, essay organization, and textual analysis. We study different forms of writing—from narrative and descriptive to persuasive and formal—helping learners adapt tone and structure depending on the purpose. Critical thinking is emphasized through discussions on reading content.
Advanced learners are challenged with literature studies, research writing, and language nuances such as idioms, figurative speech, and stylistic editing.
