About Anja

As an Oxford University offer holder for Archaeology & Anthropology, I have developed a deep appreciation for analytical thinking, structured argumentation, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively—skills that are essential for success in essay-based subjects. Having achieved top grades in A-Level History, Religious Studies, and Economics, alongside a strong academic foundation at GCSE, I understand the challenges students face in mastering exam technique and critical engagement with complex material. Teaching allows me to share my passion for these disciplines while helping students refine their writing, develop stronger arguments, and gain confidence in their academic abilities. About Me: Hi! I'm an Oxford University offer holder for Archaeology & Anthropology (starting October 2025), with AAA* in A-Level History, Religious Studies, and Economics. I achieved top grades across 11 GCSEs, including Triple Science, Further Maths and Latin. I offer structured, exam-focused tutoring designed to help students: Master exam technique & essay writing Improve critical thinking & argument development Gain confidence in essay-based subjects Receive detailed feedback on essays & coursework As a bilingual English & German speaker, I can also support German-speaking students who need tuition in English! Lessons Available: • Online (via Zoom/Teams) • Flexible scheduling, including evenings & weekends Rates: • GCSE: £35-£40 per hour • A-Level: £40-£50 per hour • Essay Marking & Feedback: From £15 per essay
