About Marcella

Hello! My name is Marcella and I have just completed my GCSEs and A levels, and aim to help others who are facing the issues I once faced. I am 18 and plan to study literature at university once I graduate, as the alluring appeal of language is something I am impassioned by. Throughout my GCSE journey, I have been able to achieve top marks in all of my essays with an average of 100%. I have also tutored my fellow classmates, boosting their grades in English and literature to As and A*s. Further exploring my passion for different texts and language, I received an award for coming top in Europe in my drama GCSE for Edexcel, and have completed LAMDA exams from grades 5-8, obtaining a high distinction in all of them. Therefore, I would be equipped to help people prepare for their LAMDA exams or audition pieces. Through a safe, comforting environment, I hope to be able to help others where needed.

About the lesson

I have completed my GCSEs and A levels and I am aiming to help others with their exams, and perhaps evoke a flickering passion within them. I am only 18; however, I am able to identify the needs and problematic areas of students, whilst empathising with the difficulty of exams. If you are practising for LAMDA exams we will be able to work through your pieces and go over how to answer the questions for each grade. We will first establish your weaknesses and strengths. Then we will create a plan together on what needs to be prioritised in order to prep for your GCSEs, or just improve your general ability if you are of a younger age.
