About Fiona
I worked as a teacher at English Language Schools for up to 10 years in Queensland. I taught beginners through to advanced level students where I helped improve their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening and conversational skills' I recently worked as a private IELTS tutor for five years where I have helped students' to improve their writing, vocabulary, listening and speaking.

I base my class on looking at a sample of writing from a student and then correcting errors and using exercises to help improve grammar, vocabulary or sentence structure. I do this one to one where the pace suits the students needs and level. I also offer flexibility where lessons are at a time which suits the student and can work around family and work commitments.
Lessons will generally be online, where I provide feedback for students' essays or piece of writing or reading exercises for IELTS, whereby I will send attached exercises for further practice. Plenty of practical exercises are given to students' which are similar to IELTS Tests. For example, writing task one and 2 in IELTS or reading exercises. I cater to all levels and backgrounds and cultures.
