About Angela
Hello! I am Angela. I am an English teacher in France. I work for an international language center in France. I hold a Bachelor's degree in English and I also have a TEFL qualification. For me, teaching is not only about learning grammar and syntax. It is also about sharing one's culture. I like to make fun and interesting lessons for my students.

My degree covers a wide range of linguistics, literature and history. Furthermore, as part of my degree, I had to take a teacher training program. Having worked in Hong Kong as a Native English Teacher in 2016, I have the necessary experience to work with foreign students. I have prepared students for examinations. During my time there, I have been able to prepare for their Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (the equivalent of Bachelor's degree in France). I have trained students for speech competitions and speaking exams. I have worked as an English tutor at the University of Orleans. As a teacher, I always get myself in my students' shoes. Not only do I do my best to provide an enriching learning experience, but I also do everything I can to make my career interesting. By understanding students' needs and goals, I am able to motivate and help my students to reach their full potential. In addition to that, I have been living in France for 3 years now. I can speak French, and this gives me an insight into how French students learn English, why they make certain errors and what they can do to improve. I am passionate about teaching people and I believe that teaching is not just about teaching grammar, it is also about sharing one's culture.
