I am a recent graduate of Michigan State University, and have as a high school student scored highly on standardized tests like the SAT and writing-based AP tests. I have worked with a range of students from young children to older adults, both native and non-native speakers of English. I have TEFL certification as well.

My approach is student-centered around your goals, and I work on hour-long lessons. I've worked with elementary-high school native-English speakers to supplement their coursework and with non-native speaker refugees at a development center from beginner to advanced levels. I can work on fundamentals like grammar and sentence-structure, essay and argumentative writing practice, fluency and pronunciation practice, and proofreading.
