About Ailén
I am a masters student in museum studies. I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and History and a C1 in English Speaking. I have experience in education, I did a five-month internship in a children's home in Peru and another five-month internship at the Perces-neiges school in La Chaux-de-Fonds . I also did some replacements in high school

I first seek to understand the needs of the student by asking him to make a diagnosis of his situation. Then I establish what are his strengths and weaknesses through dialogue. If the pupil knows exactly what his needs are, we will work on them, if necessary he will have to understand the reasons for his difficulties and help him overcome them.
