About Damien
Ultimately, tutoring is about the student first and foremost. That's why I will try my hardest to accommodate and create plans that work best for you. I know when I was learning how to study for the first time I had no idea where to even start. It can be tedious and frustrating alone, but having someone (like me!) that has been through it before and experienced the pitfalls of a standardized school system firsthand can go a long way in creating a better study environment.

I focus more on upper level high school students and current college students since that is where my knowledge level will be most applicable.
I will work with each individual to figure out what learning style works best for you individually. Then I will tailor the lesson plans accordingly.
I heavily stress on improvement from a baseline, as opposed to getting everything right immediately. Learning how to study is never an immediate change and as such an immediate drastic turnaround is never expected. Improving is important, but keeping realistic expectations are even more so.
