About Archie
I’m a language student at university with an A Level in French. I saw lots of my friends drop French at school because they felt they couldn’t do it, when really the problem was that they weren’t being taught in a way that worked for them. I think learning a language can be really enjoyable, and I’ve always enjoyed helping others with their learning, so I want to help you become more comfortable and less nervous using French while improving your understanding of the grammar and vocabulary so that you don’t have to guess.

I focus on building up your knowledge and confidence in French in a way that works for you. Whatever your current ability level, I’m sure that with the right style of teaching you’ll be able to improve quickly and consistently! I know that teachers often expect you to know things that they’ve never properly explained, and that it can be embarrassing to admit you don’t understand. My lessons are a supportive place to learn whatever you need without the stress of a classroom environment :)
