About Suzanne
Hi there! I'm Suzanne Scacca and I'm the owner of Let Go Yoga and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
I've been doing website coaching and consultations online for over a decade. Prior to that, I was responsible for teaching my coworkers and employees how to use software, complete workflows, and perform hands-on tasks. All in all, I've been coaching and training others for a very long time.
While I've been an avid yogi for over a decade, this is my first foray into teaching yoga to others. My specialty is Hatha Yoga with a focus on long steady holds that build strength, improve alignment, and help you to focus on what's happening inside instead of outside.

I want to keep these introductory class rates low because, if or once you move onto a yoga studio session, your costs are going to be really high.
