About Lekha
I am a student at UCSB, currently getting my degree in Psychology and Brain Sciences. I have been practicing yoga for over 4 years and recently completed a teacher's training program in Bangalore, India. So far, I have taught friends and family members and I am now looking to start my professional career!

My goal is to make help you connect with your body. My main focus is the concept of mindfullness, and helping you understand the beauty of your body and its movements. The classes will also be designed to aid in the strengthening and stretching of your body.
