I incorporated strategies such as, using picture cues, role play and introducing and explaining new vocabulary before each lesson to cater for my students. For example, during my employment with ADVETI in the UAE, I predominately taught our Engineering students for Oil and Gas sector, which included ESP based lessons as well as Assessing students off-site as part of their academic development. Whilst at ADEVETI, I was appointed to be the English Course Coordinator where I would hold meetings with teachers across different campuses, creating course material, exams and assessments. I developed excellent relationships with my students and devised and implemented my own successful strategies to increase student understanding, performance and personal development. I have currently been employed my Derby College, which is a government institution in the UK, working with Students aged 17+ following the City and Guilds Curriculum.
