About Richard
Who Am I? I’m Richard Ellis Hawley, a lifelong musician with a passion for sharing the joy of music. From organ and piano to keyboards and DJing, I’ve spent years performing and teaching in all kinds of settings—from weddings and events to one-to-one lessons. Music has always been my way of connecting with people and helping them express themselves. Why I Teach I teach because I believe music belongs to everyone. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to polish your skills, I love guiding students on their journey—step by step, at their own pace. Watching someone’s confidence grow as they play their first song, or finally master a piece they thought was “too hard,” is what inspires me every day. My goal is simple: to make learning music fun, supportive, and achievable for everyone
