About Marisa

I have been a Brazilian teacher for over 20 years. In the last ten years there has been a growing demand to learn how to read and understand texts in a language that the student has never studied or that has only very basic notions. For this is that the Instrumental modality is the essential tool. So I am always helping several of these students every year. The goal is not in any way to make the student orally fluent in the language, but to let him or her know what to read. The result is always gratifying.

About the lesson

My method is always based on some text / subject so that the focus of the lesson is not lost. In the case of Instrumental mode this becomes mandatory. Text is the main tool for this type of class. Only, that, when we combine the classes, it is very important that the student says his / her research line so that it can be searched for basic texts for class within the subject or very similar to the research that the student has been doing.
