About
I am a freelance writer and trained counsellor who is passionate about helping students achieve work life balance at school, and whilst looking after their mental health. As someone who became burnt out after finishing school due to the pressure of study and exams, I noticed a lack of conversation about the long term effects of school pressure on mental health. I believe that you can still achieve great results whilst looking after yourself and wish to help my students do the same!
