About Sidrah

I am a Law graduate who is soon-to-qualify as a barrister, with a particular passion for English language and literature. I love creative writing and I am exceptionally well-versed at critical thinking & writing. I love to teach because I enjoy helping students realise their potential and improve their confidence and anxiety.

About the lesson

My approach is personal and tailored to you but most importantly, I am kind, understanding and patient. Success is dependent on your work ethic and motivation and I am here to hone in on your knowledge and allow you to shine! I can help you meet your goals and succeed even in very short timeframes. I am here to take your stress away and allow you to focus solely on polishing your skills. Let me worry about your revision system, timings, and pre-revision material. I want to allow you to have the time to work on what is necessary, rather than scramble your mind with unnecessary fluff. It's something I wish I had during college, university and my postgraduate degree! I am happy to tailor to specific requests and I have a lot of experience working with students with ADHD and Autism throughout my tutoring roles within my university campus and online. I really hope I can help you and show you that studying doesn't have to be as daunting as it may seem. Anyone can succeed, absolutely anyone no matter what previous test results say or how intelligent people think you may or may not be. The key to passing exams and writing an exceptional piece of writing is simplifying your schedule, focussing on the facts and learning confidence. Whether you choose me or not, I wish you all the very best in the future and remember that an exam result does not define you and that you are so much more capable than you think. We are our own worst critics.

I can tailor a quote according to your budget and needs as I understand not everyone will be financially sound enough to continue on with regular sessions. However, complex tutoring cases may incur further charges but I am happy to work with you as long as it is reasonable. My prices reflect average tutoring fees that I have successfully charged (on average) throughout my tutoring career since my undergraduate degree (2019-present.) I am happy to discuss fees on a case-by-case basis.
