About Matthew
I am a friendly, effective, and experienced freelance English teacher and writer, I live and work here in Leipzig. I offer English classes to students and business people. I can help students improve their academic English, structure essays better, and discuss their subjects in good academic English. I can help business people improve their English email and telephone etiquette, learn negotiation and closing skills, and prepare for business trips or presentations.

I have worked with individuals and groups in the UK, Germany and Japan to help students improve their confidence, improve their language skills and presentation skills in English. I have a BA in English from Oxford University and I use a tutorial method. Together with my students, we set learning goals and I then help them to achieve them over a short or long period.
