About Katharine
My passion for teaching stems from my first experience of teaching students that were shy or finding difficulty learning and using the English language. Teaching in China, where the students had different levels of capability - it challenged me to push their personal capabilities, succeed and grow. I enjoy making it easier to understand and have fun learning, and the sheer joy of a student doing well at school or at work or in business, is my absolute reward.

I teach all levels of English, using many different styles and methods, fun and engaging lessons with extra focus on struggling areas. I offer extra activities to practice and create the ability to use the language as first or second language. I have incredible relationships with students and parents, keeping everyone up to date and prepared for future tests and exams.
