About Shweta
I am very passionate about English Literature and the English language. I love to listen and talk. Hence, my classes are very interactive. I love teaching and put in a lot of effort in preparing a good and interesting lesson for my students. I take criticism positively and also believe in self-reflection for my overall development. Hence, I am open to suggestions and ideas.

“There is no failure, only feedback” (Robert Allen) As I organize various tasks for students, I make sure to provide them feedback as this contributes to their progress in learning. I believe in establishing rapport with my students through good communication (acknowledging their thoughts and listening to them) as it impacts the learning environment. I try to keep my students involved and put the effort into finding interesting activities for them. I believe that students come into the classroom with pre-existing knowledge that contributes to the learning process. I try to discover and exploit this knowledge during my class. I expect my students to participate actively in exercises and tasks (like group works that involve interaction) as this is beneficial for them as well as their fellow learners. I have experience of more than a year of teaching at various levels and in a multi-cultural setting.
