Teaching sessions should be fun, engaging, and impactful. In a typical teaching session, I provide my students with materials on the said topic. During class, we discuss this be it using videos or pictures mainly because I consider these techniques to be of great importance in the remembrance of students. My sessions cut across all levels be it at the degree level or at the personal training level. I am eager to see you in our sessions.
