About Trena
Hi, my English name is Trena. Though my mother tongue is Chinese and my family members always speak Chinese with me and so I ended up growing up speaking Chinese as I attended Chinese kindergarten and primary school, took up Chinese until Form 5.
Yet English has always been my favorite language as it is my first language to learn to read and write plus I love reading so much until I managed to train myself to speed-read in order to finish my favorite novels quickly. I can teach you the tricks too!
Also, I have been a member of Toastmaster's Club and also part of debate team who participated in the contest sponsored and held by Malaysian Timber Council in November 2023.
So I can be tutoring on English speaking and debate too, with extra charges.
Practice makes perfect is my lifetime motto, a for sure way to increase confidence, thank you if you choose me

Lessons will be curated according to needs, standards and attention spans of students. I will ensure that Mandarin is not as difficult, scary or complicated even to learn, but it is really quite interesting so I will try to make lessons enjoyable.
Lessons can be half an hour to an hour or as needed. Trial will only be online but negotiable!
Prefer no free lesson but negotiable.
Prices start from RM50 for beginner, Standard/Year and pre-school age,
RM 100 for secondary school
For adults, it will start from RM100

Can conduct lessons at student's place if you are a student, outside, at my residential place or on webcam. Adults unless you are a female, for my safety concerns, it can only be in public area and preferrable reachable by public transport or somewhere public at my place.
Will do replacement lessons if I am not available on the fixed schedules.
Passionate in learning especially reading and hope to influence students too!

This is my only source of income at the moment so prefer no free lesson but it can be negotiated, travel fees are based on Grab, only will claim the exact amount of traveling expenses.
