Hello, my name is Lottie, and I am a self professed Strictly fan, French culture connoisseur, and keen runner. I have been tutoring privately for over 8 years and have a BA hons in French and a MA in Translation Studies.

I have learnt a lot tutoring in the past 8 years, I take time to listen and understand each tutee's experience, needs, and goals and aim to provide a safe learning space in which they can learn, grow, and progress. I value each student's voice and interests, and try to incorporate where possible this into the sessions. I favour a relaxed, student-led teaching style with an emphasis on the key fundamental areas. Having completed taught education to MA level I have an excellent understanding of exam technique and essay writing in both French and English and having achieved an English language and literature at A-Level I plan to transfer all this to helping you achieve your desired grade for the AQA/Edexcel/OCR/Eduqas/CIE English GCSE.
