About Aimi
I am a middle school, 8th grade English teacher who has been tutoring since I was 10 years old. I have been in a classroom teaching for five years with both middle and high school students. Even as a "grammar queen," I understand the difficulty of navigating English in general and LOVE teaching it to people who hate it, helping them find at least one new thing they enjoy about it.

My teaching method is to connect. Connection and purpose drive what we learn, and asking for help shows that someone already wants to improve. I love pushing someone to take their skills a step further by owning their own learning experience and communicating their wants and needs as a human and a learner.
