I am currently a student that is getting high grades. Although this will be my first teaching job, everyone needs to start somewhere and i am hoping my start will be with you. I teach the way i would want to be taught with mutual respect and care for the learner/s, I teach and mark work not like my teachers mark mine but like how i would mark my own work. I think the secret to teaching is setting approachable targets that can and will be reached.
