I am more of a tutor than a full on teacher. I prefer one one one interaction so that we can really drill down and help your understanding of the English language.
First we set a few goals-what do you want out of our time spent together? What materials do you have that you would like to go over?
Schools expect that you'll know how to write, but many do not spend time teaching the skill. Grammar is not taught in the classroom anymore and it is a source of frustration for those who need writing skills in their chosen profession.
