About Lillian
With 4 years of experience teaching English, I have had the privilege of helping 300-350 students at all levels. My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on flexibility, communication, and motivation to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. I believe in adapting each lesson to fit the unique needs of the student, whether they are beginners or advanced learners. I encourage open communication, ensuring students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in lessons. This helps build confidence and fosters a deeper understanding of the language. I also place a strong emphasis on accountability, helping students take ownership of their learning while providing guidance and support.
