About Lily
Hello! I'm a working actor writer and director from Newcastle. I Studied a bachelor's degree in acting at JMC in Sydney and then furthered my studies at the Stella Adler School of Acting in New York. I have worked alongside incredible industry professionals like Nicole Kidman, Luke Ford and George Miller.
I have directed numerous short films and plays in Newcastle, Sydney and Melbourne. Teaching allows me to develop my understanding of my craft and helps me to network with other artists in the industry.

I love working with actors for audition pieces, general training and coaching, technique development, script writing and guidance for theatre and film productions. We look at scripts, break them down and use techniques like Stella Adler, Meisner and Eric Morris to develop the actors' craft. As well as giving feedback, producing and providing information on grants, competitions and sponsorship.
I also help develop script writers' stories by giving feedback, fleshing out characters, and developing a storyline following the writers' themes and social discussions.
I provide touring for HSC acting and writing students. I work in depth with the students' monologues following the HSC syllabus and also provide the students with techniques and script analysis not listed in the acting syllabus.
I work with students studying and composing a film. I work with the development of the script, ensuring it meets all of the criteria for a good film. I work with developing mood boards, helping with casting and creating a shot list. I also provide feedback on editing and the final product.
