About Mila
I am a singing tutor with over 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Voice. My passion lies in helping students build vocal confidence, overcome performance anxiety, and connect deeply with the songs they love. I teach a variety of styles, including Pop, Indie, R&B, and Contemporary Worship. My lessons focus on breath control, expressive phrasing, and vocal health, ensuring that students develop strong, sustainable technique. I also provide live performance coaching, guiding students to shine on stage or in recording sessions. I enjoy working with shy beginners, teen performers, and aspiring recording artists, tailoring each session to their unique needs and goals. I emphasize creating a safe, supportive space where students can experiment, grow, and express themselves freely. Together, we explore technique, musicality, and emotional connection, making every lesson engaging and practical. Technology supports every stage of learning. DAWs help track recordings, allowing students to analyze pitch and timing. Vocal apps provide feedback on accuracy and tone, while metronomes ensure rhythm consistency.
I encourage personalized song choices to foster engagement and creativity. Improvisation exercises help build confidence, while guided feedback develops precise control. Regular performance practice, both solo and ensemble, reinforces stage presence and adaptability.
