About Sloane

I am a guitar teacher with 11 years of experience, specializing in songwriting, composition, and artist development. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Guitar Emphasis, which gave me both technical depth and creative insight. My lessons go beyond chords and scales—I guide students in writing original music and building their own unique style. I enjoy working with aspiring singer-songwriters and independent musicians who want to find their artistic voice. Many of my students come to me with ideas, and together we turn those ideas into complete songs. I focus on both the creative process and the technical skills needed to bring music to life. Composition, lyric writing, and arranging are important parts of my teaching. I also help students learn the basics of recording so they can confidently produce their own tracks. This gives them the tools to share their music with others and grow as independent artists. My approach is supportive, practical, and always centered on the student’s goals. About the lesson
