About Sienna
Teaching math has been my passion for the last 4 years. With a BSc in Mathematics for Data Science, I bring both depth and creativity to my lessons. I specialize in middle school algebra, focusing on linear equations, polynomials, and functions. Many of my students arrive feeling anxious about these topics. I ease this by using puzzles and engaging exercises. Real-life connections, like budgeting or sports stats, make concepts relatable. Every student learns differently, and I tailor lessons to their needs. Visuals, examples, and guided practice all play important roles. I focus heavily on building confidence alongside skills.
